PRICING
Your organisation, intelligently aware.
PAL turns static process maps into live, executable systems. Every tier includes unlimited executable processes. Tell us the size and shape of your organisation, and we will send the pricing that fits it.
Four tiers, from a single team to a whole department. Every tier is scaled to the number of people using it and confirmed in a short conversation, so the figure you receive is the one that matches how you will actually run PAL.

Pricing is quoted in AUD, exclusive of GST. Monthly and annual terms are available.
Not a price comparison. A category difference.
ACTIVITY TRACKING
Task boards track tasks. PAL runs processes.
PROCESS MAPPING
Mapping tools draw processes. PAL executes them.
EXECUTE AND IMPROVE
Workflow tools cap your workflows. PAL never meters processes.
SOVEREIGN BY DESIGN
Built in Australia, for everyone.
PAL is Australian-owned software hosted in the AWS Sydney region, with a full audit trail and sovereignty attestation available for procurement. Pursuing ISO 27001; IRAP pathway underway. The same sovereign foundation for every tier, from small teams to government departments.
Questions, answered.
What counts as a seat?
Named users, not concurrent users. Adding seats mid-term is prorated.
Is there a limit on processes?
No. Every tier includes unlimited executable processes.
How does billing work?
Pricing is quoted ex GST, with 10% GST applying to Australian customers. Monthly and annual terms are available, and annual contracts are invoiced upfront. Your written quote sets out the detail for your tier.
Do you offer trials?
A 14-day free trial is available on request for Small and Medium. Large and Enterprise pilots are scoped separately.
Where is our data hosted?
All production infrastructure is in AWS ap-southeast-2 (Sydney).
How do price changes work?
Any price increase is communicated at least 90 days in advance. Government contracts include price lock provisions for the initial term.
Start with a process you already run.
Pick one process your team runs every week. Fourteen days of it executing in PAL will tell you more than any demo could.
